Bhor-Ray Initiative
Alwar district. We started this project three Years before and now we bring changes in more than 11 Schools. We have restarted some closed and abandoned schools in Alwar district with the help of local people. We have changed the look of the school and as per the challenging world we have updated the class rooms as per the modern requirement. We have setup the digital class rooms so that students can be aware of the technology. In this project have changed the life of 351 students in 11 government schools. We have started this project 3 years ago and our motive is to renovate old schools and reopen closed schools and encourage children to join schools for their better future.
We have updated the classroom for 11 schools in the nearby areas and with the help of “banners, posters &flex " These classrooms are deliberately dedicated to the student for the class of 1st to 5th, with the help of these posters, banners & flex children can study on their own in the absence of the teacher. Due to digital classrooms children have started taking interest in the studies and the request for admission is increasing day by day. Government schools are looking like private once with the help of our project.
InBhor-Ray project we establish one library in every classroom for children. In those libraries we kept stories & general knowledge books with colourful pictures. With the permission of their teacher children can easily issue those books and can read them and can carry them home. This project is helping children to develop reading skills. This project is encouraged children to enjoy reading and give them opportunities to spend lots of time with books—a first step toward developing strong reading skills. Children also benefit from the rich literacy experiences.
In Bhor-Ray project we think that children can learn easily through practical methods while playing. So, we started distributing toys for their better learning experience. That’s why we started toys bank so that children can borrow toys from toys bank and then return them after they complete their school activities. We started clothes bank so needy children can get clothes easily and we also started distributing stationary to children.
